Detoxification Mudra

Mudra practitioners should commence their practice with Detoxification Mudra. This mudra has to be performed for 7 to 10 days for a duration of 15 to 45 minutes. You can also practice thrice a day for 15 minutes during every session. How to Perform Detoxification Mudra?

  • Sit down with your back and neck straight.
  • Spread out your fingers.
  • Place the tip of your thumb on the inner side of the lower joint of your ring finger.
  • Press very gently.
  • Keep your eyes closed and focus on Detoxification Mudra.
  • Maintain normal breathing.

Performing Detoxification Mudra will cause elimination of toxins through urine, stools and / or sweat. Look for symptoms such as excess urination, change of urine color, increase in frequency of bowel movement, change in stool types and color and excessive sweating.
